As ameixas são arroxeadas e são caracterizadas por uma pequena costura na barriga. A polpa é difícil de se separar do caroço. Ainda bem que já fizemos esse trabalho por ti; as nossas ameixas secas não têm caroços.

Yeees, our plums are pitted before being packed. However, it may well happen that isolated prunes still contain a stone. Therefore, you should always bite into them with a little caution.

In 100 g of our untreated plums there are 278 kcal.

What is the difference between plums and damsons?

Along with mirabelles, plums are also a subspecies of the plum. Unlike plums, damsons are easier to pit. But since you are king:in with us, we have already taken over the laborious removal of the stones. Plums also differ from damsons in taste: plums are generally sweeter and juicier than damsons and are therefore processed in a wider variety of ways.

Plums have been cultivated for over 5000 years and were brought to Syria and Greece by crusaders from Damascus, and were imported to France and Germany by the Romans.
