How about cookies? These round chocolate cookies are very popular, there are hundreds of recipes! Imagine: cookies that are still warm from the oven. Who wouldn't have a mouthful of them? For this recipe, we use our sugar-free chocolate chips. And we don't use any flour or refined sugar. We mixed oatmeal to replace the flour and maple syrup to sweeten our cookies. We hope you like the recipe, but one thing is for sure: you can eat them with a clear conscience!
- 2 cups gluten-free rolled oats(blend until floury)
- 1 tablespoon of crushed flaxseed
- 3/4 cupalmond powder
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 tablespooncoconut oil
- 3-5 tbsp of plant milk
- 1 teaspoon of yeast
- 1/3 teaspoon vanilla powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1/2 cup of chocolate chips
First, preheat the oven to 180°C and place baking paper on a baking sheet.
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients except the chocolate chips.
Add the chocolate chips to the dough.
You can now place about a tablespoon of cookie dough in your hand and form a ball, which you will then place on the baking sheet.
Do the same for all the cookie dough and bake for about 20 minutes. Make sure the cookies are golden brown before removing them from the oven.
Let the cookies cool, and you can enjoy!
