This creamy porridge recipe not only includes chocolate but also fruit! (for the good conscience).
The perfect porridge before going to work or school! It's also packed with antioxidants and protein.
- 50-100 g of rolled oats
- ½ grated zucchini
- 100-300 ml almond milk
- Sugar (or maple syrup, agave syrup...)
- One banana
- 10-15 g cocoa powder
- 20 g almond puree
- A handful of red fruits
- Soy protein
Heat the oats in a pan with water.
Add the grated zucchini and the milk little by little.
Add the sugar and cook for 5 minutes.
Mash the banana with a fork and add the cocoa powder and almond puree.
Pour the mixture into a bowl and add the red fruits and soy protein as a topping.
